The Parks at Panchasarp Farms is nestled perfectly on the South side of the City of Burleson and about 7 miles from Highway 35W and roughly 12 miles from Chilsholm Trail Parkway. Residents are able to enjoy large city amenities. Our community allows residents quick access to many shops, restaurants, movie theater, major grocery stores, large city, and most importantly the parks and amenity center within the development.
At Panchasarp Farms we offer a family-friendly community featuring “themed” parks and an amenity center with a pool. Within the project, we also have a Future Joshua ISD Elementary School allowing residents to walk their children to school.
